Start-up For A Not-For-Profit Organization

The Problem:

A non-profit organization in Orange County, CA needed to purchase land, build facilities and hire staff to manage a half-way house type of facility for troubled youth.
ChicagoAnalytics^TM was asked to guide the project and prepare all of the supporting materials that would communicate the organization's objectives to potential benefactors.

The Solution:

To begin the process, the organization needed a Strategic Plan that would articulate the vision for this effort, define the most optimal path to reach its goals, and specify the cost of the entire mission. ChicagoAnalytics^TM prepared these plans, including the complete financials, as well as the compelling messaging and positioning statements.

The Benefit:

A number of fund raising lunches and charity dinners were organized, during which the program and its underlying justifications and benefits were presented. The group was able to secure the land it needed as well as the funds to build needed facilities.
